• Urban Shaman mobile app

Covers users inside and outside the EU.

3. Data Collected

Depending on usage, Urban Shaman may collect:

• Account data (if created): email address, username. The app can be used without an account (with limited features).
• User input: texts (signs, dreams, journals), messages with the AI Companion, images (artifacts), audio (voice dictation). These data are strictly private, never visible to others, and never sold.
• Technical & usage data: IP address, navigation, interactions. Collected via Google Analytics and Expo Analytics.

4. Use of AI

AI services: Together AI, models Llama Scout and Gemma Vision.

Data sent: anonymized, used temporarily, only to provide requested features, possibly to improve AI quality. No personally identifiable data is used for commercial or advertising purposes.

5. Purposes

• Deliver app features
• Generate interpretations (signs, dreams, rituals)
• Improve user experience and AI quality
• Ensure security and stability
• Perform anonymous statistical analyses

6. Cookies & Similar Technologies

On the website, only analytic cookies may be used to measure audience. No marketing or advertising cookies are used.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments handled by Apple In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing via RevenueCat. Urban Shaman stores no banking data.

8. Data Hosting

Data hosted by Supabase (infrastructure located in the EU). No data hosted outside the EU.

9. Retention

Data kept while the account is active.

Automatically deleted when the account is removed. Users can manage/delete their data in-app.

10. User Rights (GDPR)

11. Minimum Age

App intended for users aged 16 and above.

12. Liability

Urban Shaman is a psycho-spiritual exploration tool.

The app provides no medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Interpretations are symbolic and for personal exploration only.

Appropriate technical and organizational measures protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

14. Changes

Policy may be updated at any time. Users will be informed of any material change.
