Terms of Sale – Urban Shaman

1. Scope

Applies to digital subscription sales and digital services via the Urban Shaman app. Complements the Terms of Use.

2. Products and Services

• Digital subscriptions granting access to advanced features and lifting certain limits
• No physical products or one-to-one custom services

3. Pricing

• Prices shown VAT included
• Set by Apple App Store / Google Play
• May vary by currency, country, local taxes
• Urban Shaman does not control tax calculation/collection

4. Payment

• Payments via Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Technical management by RevenueCat
• Urban Shaman does not collect payments directly, store banking data, or access payment details

5. Subscriptions

• Fixed term, auto-renewed
• Cancelable anytime via Apple/Google account settings
• Cancellation effective at end of current period

6. Right of Withdrawal

Immediate access to digital content/services = express waiver of the right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 French Consumer Code). No refund once activated, subject to Apple/Google policies.

7. Refunds

• Handled exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subject to those platforms’ terms
• Urban Shaman cannot refund directly

8. Liability

• Not liable for temporary interruptions
• Not liable for store-related malfunctions
• Not liable for third-party limitations (hosting, AI, stores)
• No automatic compensation

9. Billing Data

• Urban Shaman does not issue invoices directly
• Does not keep billing data
• Receipts provided by Apple or Google via user account

10. Personal Data

Processing governed by the Privacy Policy (accessible in-app and on the site).

11. Changes to Terms of Sale

Urban Shaman may amend these Terms anytime. Users will be informed of material changes.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

French law. In case of dispute (absent amicable resolution), French courts have jurisdiction.
