Terms of Use – Urban Shaman

1. Service Overview

Urban Shaman is a psycho-spiritual app allowing users to:

• Capture and interpret signs and synchronicities
• Keep a dream journal
• Access guided rituals
• Interact with an AI Companion
• Symbolic, introspective, personal approach

2. Scope

Terms apply to the mobile app and the urban-shaman.app site / landing page.

3. Access

• Free access with limitations
• Paid subscription to lift certain limits
• Without account (limited features) or with account (email + password)
• Publisher may change features or suspend/restrict in case of abuse or breach of Terms

4. User Account

• Provide accurate info when creating an account
• User is responsible for credential confidentiality
• Any activity via the account is deemed performed by the user
• Account deletion available anytime in-app

5. Permitted and Prohibited Use

• Fair, lawful use required
• Forbidden: illegal/fraudulent use, bypassing technical/feature limits (including AI), mass extraction/exploitation, harming service operations
• Breaches may lead to suspension or deletion of the account

6. AI-Generated Content – Responsibility

• Content is informational, symbolic, exploratory
• Not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice
• User is fully responsible for interpretation and use

7. Intellectual Property

• App (code, design, interfaces, brand, content) is exclusive property of the publisher
• Generated content for user: strictly personal/private use
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited

8. Subscriptions and Payments

• Handled via Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat
• No banking data stored by the publisher
• Payment issues and cancellations managed via the respective stores

9. Service Availability

• Service provided “as is”
• No guarantee of permanent availability or error-free operation
• May be suspended for maintenance/updates/incidents without compensation

10. Personal Data

Processing described in the Privacy Policy (accessible in app and on site). Urban Shaman complies with GDPR.

11. Minimum Age

For users aged 16 and above.

12. Changes to Terms

Publisher may amend Terms anytime. Users will be informed of any material change.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

French law applies. In case of dispute (absent amicable resolution), French courts have jurisdiction.
